Getting your garment from idea to distribution
You'll meet with me, Holly Willis. Backed by years of experience, I help designers big and small through the production process, start to finish.
Step 1
During our first session, we'll discuss your individual project as well as how it fits into your bigger picture and larger goals.
Step 2
From there, we dive into the technical side of developing your prototype; trend forecasting, price-point studies, pattern development, sketches, fabric research, etc...
Step 3
We work together to finalize your design and prepare it for sales and distribution. These are things from ordering and tweaking samples to gauging demand to creating seamless textile repeats.

Step 5: Once we're ready to hand your tech packs and other production documents, markers, fabric & trim to factory or sewing contractors, I stick with you while you go through the manufacturing and distribution of your new line and the start of the next one!
